HYDROLIFT X-26

Evolved from user needs – A leisure boat for the modern boat user.

Using a physical 1:1 mockup, VR, and focus groups as design tools, Eker Design efficiently created a foundation for the following design phases. All done in-house in our unique facilities by our crew. To achieve the performance and driving abilities of a Hydrolift, we did both fluid, aerodynamic, and strength analysis on critical components as hull, stringer and deck. Plugs for all GRP parts were CNC machined by our new large CNC machine before being shipped to Hydrolift AS for finishing touches, mold making and part production.

For production, we have designed and produced jigs, fixtures and created work instructions. Our branding and graphics team created brand ID, hull and dashboard graphics, renders, animations, VR, photos, articles and videos.
