DESIGN FOR COMPOSITE MANUFACTURING
Our design process incorporates the principles of design for manufacturing. We also develop and produce the necessary composite tooling in-house, to ensure that the product meets the highest quality and standards.
CNC MILLING OF COMPOSITE TOOLING
Precision is key in our CNC milling operations, where plugs are crafted as a precursor to the mold-making process. With our five-axis cnc mill we are able to accomadate complex designes. The accuracy of these plugs are critical in achieving the high-quality standards required for subsequent production stages.
MOLDING AND PRODUCTION
The division is equipped to handle RTM molding and resin infusion molding with fiberglass and carbonfiber. This process is streamlined to accommodate both large-scale productions and customized projects, emphasizing efficiency and quality. This process also includes CNC Milling of the molded composite parts, to ensure the correct dimensions and specifications on the produced parts. We actively develop and modernize our manufacturing processes to ensure that we can meet new requirements and the highest industry standards.
