Øyvind Bøe Dalelv, candidate for the Chef of the Year 2015, presented his contribution on a platter designed by Eker Design.
During the development of the platter, Eker Design used modern 3D techniques to create all the fine details. The platter combined with the delicate food, brings balance and an elegant expression to the presentation. Chef Øyvind Bøe Dalelv was given bronze for his contribution to this year’s Bocuse d’Or Norway, Chef of the Year 2015.
