Pre-project

Understanding the drives, demands and restraints of the product before we start designing is crucial to run an efficient development process. The pre-project phase focuses on gathering and producing data that  will be a solid framework for decision making for our client and our project team. We identify critical factors in the development project that will impact upon development time, to make sure the path we choose gives us the fastest time to market. We also investigate and develop the basic product specifications, unique selling point (USP), legal requirements and cost analysis

The right design is a strategic weapon for the product, and we use time to create a unique design DNA and philosophy. Visualizing the product at any early stage in the project gives our designers and customers a universal understanding of the product, and a common reference point for discussions and decisions.

Concept

The Concept phase is the most important phase to get it all right.

By using the input from the pre project phase and seacrhing for the right choise of materials and production processes,  suitable for the defined market and users – the esthetic language will express the capabilities of the product.   It all comes together in placing the final product in front of its competitors.
